How will Alitora help my business?
We automate and streamline the process of finding information, finding experts, and sharing ideas into a single application by semantically connecting the facts contained in your documents with your databases, corporate websites, and outside web services, such as news feeds or publishers. This data is connected to the people of your organization in a single network. Saving time, avoiding mistakes, moving forward with less labor and lower cost.

How does it work?
Alitora’s software can support or supplant content management systems (CMS), enterprise search, intranets, corporate websites, databases, and wikis. This is done using text-mining and linking data by its meaning to create a seamless structure that acts like a search engine, collaboration and expert network, and document store. We can leverage all of your internal resources in one place, with the intelligence and security to keep your information relevant and safe.

How effective is it?
Our text mining software has been tested, peer reviewed and found to have up to 86% accuracy in the extraction of BioMedical facts from scientific documents. The database technology uses some of the most advance graph theory to enable the connection of extracted facts to the people interested in those facts. Interfacing with our systems is possible through any current application with an API. However, we have interfaces for many needs, such as our web application and our Cytoscape interface that was demonstrated by the head of the Cytoscape Consortium at the International Conference of Systems Biology in 2008.
